I have Vista Premium formated in NTFS, and a 256Gb USB drive formated in exFAT (I also tried FAT32). When I copy files from the laptop's NTFS to the USB drive I cannot open them. For example an MP3 file will not open with Windows Media Player. Is there a way to convert NTFS to exFAT, or to work with the two file structures. Or are they simply incompatible?
